If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, submit a photo with a detailed description of the issue.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.
Exchange -
We only accept exchange of goods.
You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed the exchange.
Please contact "info@omarionworldwide.com" before exchanging any product. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Size exchanges are at your expense.
Cost of the return label is the responsibility of the customer.
